1. Introduction
Welcome to the Artificial Intelligence Research and Ethics Network (AiREN). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, "we," "us," "our," and "AiREN" refer to the Artificial Intelligence Research and Ethics Network, a project of St. Thomas University's Institute for Ethical Leadership. "You," "your," and "User" refer to the individual or entity accessing or using our Services.

The AiREN name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of St. Thomas University or our affiliates or licensors.

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
8. Limitation of Liability
